LINEup in Athens 2025: Understanding Educational Inequalities through Longitudinal Data
Building Evidence, Shaping Education
In the ongoing effort to tackle educational inequalities, the use of longitudinal data has emerged as a powerful instrument for both research and policymaking. The upcoming LINEup event, Understanding Educational Inequalities Through Longitudinal Data, will convene leading academics, policymakers, and practitioners to explore this vital topic. The event will take place on 17 October 2025, from 10:00 to 18:00, at the Amalia Hotel (10 Amalias Avenue, Syntagma) in Athens, Greece.
Organised by the Computer Technology Institute and Press ‘Diophantus’ (CTI), the Centre of Planning and Economic Research (KEPE), and the University of Piraeus Research Centre (UPRC) the event offers a unique platform for dialogue and exchange. Participants will engage with key findings from the LINEup project, discuss policy implications, and explore collaborative pathways to advance educational equity through data.
The event is free of charge and attendance is by registration only. Participants may choose to join the full-day event or register directly for one of the three specialised workshops taking place in the afternoon.
